The published applications, the Horalis tools (Horalis Growth, Horalis Cost of Living, Horalis Inflation) and the Horalis site, may be used by anyone free of charge for personal, non-commercial use, on their official websites or from an unmodified copy (below). Commercial use, or use inside another product, needs a licence from the copyright holder. The terms of use on the Horalis site apply.
Unmodified copies. The downloadable release of the applications (the .zip offered on the Horalis site) may be kept, used and passed on by anyone, free of charge, and the files of a published release may be served from another website (a mirror), provided that every file stays exactly as published: nothing changed, added or removed, so that its SHA-256 fingerprints match the ones published beside its version. This does not allow modifying the code or using it to create derivative products.
Third-party data shown by the applications belongs to its owners and keeps their terms. The names and logos "Horalis" (formerly "seed-lab") and the names of its tools are trademarks: see TRADEMARKS.md.
The applications are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
